Looking for a medical opinion- bowel obstruction?

Is the lump in your belly primarily sticking out on the right side, or a little right from the center of your stomach area? It sounds like you have hepatomegaly, an enlarged liver. The yellowing in your eyes and the hair loss on your chest and back also correspond with hepatomegaly. It can be caused by alcohol abuse, but it can also be caused by leukemia, liver cancer or hepatitis A. I can't be sure it is hepatomegaly, so I'm not taking any resposibility for this answer. However, it definitely does not sound like a bowel obstruction. I would strongly advise you to go see your doctor as quickly as possible, especially if it gets any worse.
