Is the website http://www.cpalead.com/ trustworthy or fake?

I was logging into the website http://www.watchchuckonline.com/ when I encountered a recurring video from http://www.cpalead.com/ advertising their product and misleading users that the show will be shown after the advertisement. There is a no thanks on but the video keeps playing and the No on repeatedly becomes inaccessible. I am wary of sites that use such methods of advertising - tricking and duping users. Does anyone have a similar experience? Can this company be trusted?
