Help with my internet please!?

Try disconnecting the power cable from your router AND modem leaving it off for at least a minute. Reconnect the modem first and wait until your lights on the modem are all on and modem is Online. Then reconnect the router and see if that helps. It seems the router is dropping your clients intermittently, I have seen Belkin Routers do this before that is why I don't recommend this brand anymore. Sometimes it is just about the router overheating, make sure the router has enough clearance and that the vent slots are not covered. Good Luck.
