Is this strep throaght, a viral infection or something else?

I have a sore throat, my voice is somewhat raspy, my tonsils are somewhat swollen with white dots and lines that look sort of like stretch marks, my lymphoids in my neck do not seem swollen and I don't think I have a fever, but the other night it felt like the flu and yesterday it was almost that bad, and today I just feel a teeny bit weak and my throat is swollen and it is hard to swallow. I am not congested, I do not have a cough, I do not have a runny nose, I was a bit sick to my stomach yesterday but now I'm fine. What could this be?
