Why do I feel big as a HOUSE?

I am 9 weeks prego with my second child and I feel big as a freaking house already! I look like I'm 4 or 5 months prego already. But I know I'm not having twins...I have already had an ultrasound. Is it just me? I don't remember feeling this huge this fast with my son....geez
