My 7 month old preemie has been sick since birth?

According to my doctor 100.3 really isnt a 'high' fever for a baby. But she has been sick a lot and I would get a second or third opinion. Just so you can weigh out all the different sicknesses. Doctors are wrong a lot and can wrongfully diagnose.
