Turn signals, right of way? Speed limits? Why do people drive so bad that if stopped they should never drive?

I used to not be the best driver I knew. I have a good driver's record. What bugs me are these drivers who don't give space between vehicles. People bug me who don't use turn signals. They often go way over the speed limit. It's 55 on IL-55 until your are almost out of Cook Cou7nty. As soon as I get on at Lake Shore Drive, Pulaski, Cicero, or Harlem Avenue, they're going 65, especially truckers. I'll never get a speeding ticket because I use cruise control at the speed limit. Where it is 65 I go 55 to 60, because anything over my last gear only wastes gas faster. The worst offenders seem to be construction workers driving thier huge SUV or pickups, or people in Hummers, Lexus, Mercedes, Aztecs, you know, the more expensive the cars, the worse they seem to drive. Cell phone use is bad enough, but I fear those with "blue-tooths" because they are oblivious to the rest of the worst when driving, or walking, unless it is heard in thier ear. People drive worse than ever.
