I have a sore throat and I can't eat but I am super hungry....!?

For the last 3 days my throat has been hurting and I have had a bad headache. Today the headache went away except for when i shake my head, then it still hurts and makes me dizzy. My throat has been hurting so bad that I can't eat or barely swallow but I am so hungry. I try to eat a little everyday but it hurts so bad! Also, its been weird because my body keeps switching from hot to cold. In the afternoon I will be so cold that even a hoodie and socks dont do me any good and I just need to snuggle in my bed to try and get warm, and in the morning I will wake up and be sweating like no other. Help! Home remedies?
