Think about this. If you're driving down the highway, and a 12 foot alligator decides to cross in front of you in say rush hour traffic. Without thinking you would automatically want to avoid that gator right? See? Then it is no longer an issue of animal protection, nor stimulus abuse. It becomes a matter of public safety. If one person can be saved from a premature death then 3million is a small price. Wouldn't you agree?
