To conservatives: what SPECIFIC government programs are you willing to? A. cut fully, or B. cut into?

You would need to read the entire budget to get an idea of precisely where cuts can be made. Cutting waste and duplication would be a huge part of the process. There are hundreds of billions that could probably be eliminated without much of an impact to any single program but I would like to see the Federal government completely cut programs in which they have no business financing, from education to welfare. States should be making decisions in regards to these programs..
