Outlining a Huckleberry Finn essay?

In the book there are a Duke and a King... America has no royalty, never did, never will. Mark Twain puts the Duke and King in the book in order to take a humorous jab at (lampoon) those countries that have suffered under the difficulties that aristocracies present.
