I found a baby bird that has no skin on its wings...what do I do?

I was walking down the street and I saw a little baby bird...maybe the size of a finch....so I picked it up and brought it back home. It is pretty much unresponsive to most things unless you touch it. I need advice as to how to feed it and take care of it. And I need some info on the wings; All I see is bones with a small bit of skin under it. Thanks
