How do I tell this girl my feelings without weirding her out?

Okay well i've started to like this girl and i think she might've caught on that i liked her becuz she read some of my facebook things (but i didn't direct any feelings her name on facebook), so she might ask one of her friends about it forcing me to tell her so that I don't ruin the whole thing. Most of her friends know but I wanna tell her myself the only thing is that Im afraid she might get weirded out if i tell her that i liked her, since she was curious about who I liked for the past 2 or 3 weeks. She kinda finished a relationship with this other dude but she's not one of those girls looking for a rebound...so i was wondering how can i tell her? i have 1st period with her and we hangout in the morning, recess, lunch, and afterschool togeher
